Feels like it’s finally getting to be okay. These characters are just so boring compared to the other four.

I thought I just wasn’t getting anything from it and then I sat it down and it feels like somebody hit me in the head and heart with a sledgehammer.

DNF, the writing is so bad and the world building is a mess. Great concept though.

Everything I wanted and more. If you sat it’s too cute or too cozy, fuck you.

It’s nice that not everything is going perfectly to plan. While I enjoy competence, too many stories have their heroes be too strong and in no danger. Each page worries me more and more here.

I wish I had read this when I was age appropriate.

I mean, you didn’t find this by accident. If you were looking for it, it’s exactly what you wanted.

Too old to stay up and finish, I must languish through another day as employment’s supine claws keep me from finishing…the book.

This is my second favorite book I’ve ever read.

All the tropes are troping but I’ve guffawed a half dozen times and want to name my punk band “a giraffe painting of questionable quality” so it’s doing its job.

It’s both endorsed by Ruby Dixon and also taking shots at Ruby Dixon? What a world, and obviously it’s perfect.

Love it.

DNF at 43%. Is not bad or anything (well, the book. The audiobook was excruciating), but I just don’t care. I kind of want to know what happened but it’s not worth the slog.
