The Grail replaces terrestrial quest with celestial. Only 4 Knights embrace the new system. The rest reject it or fail to understand it. They cling doggedly to old codes of action - to chivalry of fin'amor - ignorant that these modes are not suited to the Grail quest. Most of them are unable to even find any adventures. They do not even discover the signifiers of the quest.
