Loving this so far. Lin's notes on the songs are hillarious and I love knowing more about how this wonderful work of art came to be :)

This book is amazing. He manages to make me want to laugh, cry and facepalm not only in the same story, but occasionally within the same page. Highly recommend it!

It's like a home made out of paper and ink. And just like home, it's always nice to come back to.

I love this book. I know loads of people hate it for its lack of big battles, but I don't. So good. So good.

This book is honestly great. But the thought of having an entire ASOIAF novel without any Lannister twin banter makes me sad, so a Dance with Dragons will be hard to pick up. Anyways, despite the lack of chapters from almost everyone I like, this is still very entertaining.

Despite the lack of my favourites and the long descriptions of literally everything, I am finding this to be a much quicker read than expected.

Let's give this another go. Usually the only time I finish a GRRM novel is RIGHT before a new season starts. At least that's how it was in 2014 with a Clash of Kings and in 2015 with a Storm of Swords.

Yes I am for the second time thus year picking up a Lunar Chronicles book after reading a book I disliked. It's working.

Was that supposed to surprise me. okay then *gasps* ugh

I am losing all patience with Mae Holland. Can she just stumble and break her neck? Too bad there would be no one who could take over the role of the protagonist, because pretty much everyone in this book is the same person. Thankfully I'm almost through.

Mae's character has about as much depth as a puddle after five minutes of rain. She's naive and it's starting to be kind of annoying to read about.

Okay here's a thing: Human beings aren't exclusively stupid. Human beings realise the dangers of being see through, of having a company, or anything (aka the internet), know EVERYTHING about you. Other than that, it's a great read so far.
