Plan on reading this today. The beginning is hella weird but I‘m intrigued.

Schaue gerade die 2. Staffel von Maxton Hall. Bin ich die einzige, die findet, dass das Acting rapiiiideee abgenommen hat ggü. Staffel 1 (und selbst da war es nicht besonders gut)? & irgendwie versuchen sie sich immer mal wieder an 'nem Comedy vibe, was total scheitert, mich dann aber tatsächlich (unabsichtlich) ungemein erheitert.

Not sure what to make of this. Thus far, I prefer Kästner's nature/more flowery poems. This, however, is more in a satirical and conversational style.

one thing i'll never understand about men writing sci-fi/high fantasy is why they simply not age up their characters if they're so interested in writing sex scenes/innuendo? and what's up with the incest?

I hope the pace picks up again. Alia's character is probably the most butchered, but at least I like the idea of the Preacher.
