I received this ARC from NetGalley, in exchange for honest feedback. This book is beautiful. Beautiful story, beautiful artwork. Addresses mental health and coping mechanisms. Touches on caring for our environment and how our environment cares for us. Simply an incredibly touching story. I can't wait to share this with our younger patrons!

Very cute concept. It's not one I would immediately grab for our collection but I would add it. It's what my co-workers and I call a "palate cleanser", good for the "in between time". I could see suggesting this book to be read during a really intense series, a little bit at a time. It's almost as if she took my favorite meme's and put them into a book so that I wouldn't get caught in the Facebook drain.

I never get tired of Dana Simpson, I can't wait for our copy to arrive at the Library and I am so glad I got an ARC!!!!!!! If you haven't said "Yes" to Dana Simpson, you're missing out on life and depriving your kids of some pretty great reading material!
