This is a bit confusing. Not really confusing, but maybe a bit messy.
The book has a premise. I actually like the plot, but the writing just needs a bit of improvement.

I mean come on, he’s a don but he never used the power to get her back nor deal with it rationally like a don does.

So many frustrations and damp mood on these first pages, and I’m still at page 63.
