I was worried that by switching between different perspectives the story would get confusing. But it actually is not. Very interesting read.
I wish I read the book prior to seeing the movie though.

I am enjoying the character building and development in the story. We get to know each of the characters in the book well (thoughts/feelings, relationships with the other characters…etc.). I like that, although some the descriptions get a little too long.

I was looking forward to this book, but unfortunately, I find myself not enjoying it at all. The writing style bothers me with the way the main character’s thoughts are expressed in the parenthesis. The main character is already expressing their thoughts, the asides seem pointless and draw out the point they are trying to make…

This book is great and I would love to continue to read it. I got it as an audio book (and as my second audio book, I realized that I cannot enjoy them no matter how I try). I would like to return to this book when I can get it in readable format.
