I’m not NOT enjoying but I think this is maybe funnier if (1) you at least originally thought Trump was a clown and not an aspiring dictator, (2) you aren’t from Florida and the snake thing seems more absurd, and (3) you don’t actually know rich Trump supporters who vacation at the Breakers. 😅 It’s overall a little on the nose for me.

I ordered this book ages ago because Jen Hatmaker praised it after her divorce, but I expected it to be more broadly applicable than it is - so far it is tailored more to extreme cases of codependency and the desire to control a partner or relative who is engaged in uncontrollable behaviors (e.g. based in addiction). Not so helpful as a general self improvement read.
