And yet another author who clearly did not thoroughly research historical clothing. Yes you can ride a horse with a corset. No it's not a normal corset, it's called a riding corset. Yes, you will be able to breath in it. Contrary to popular believe, you CAN breath in corsets, and riding corsets were specifically made to be worn while riding horses. A woman would not have been out riding without a corset. My goodness.
