I was intrigued with the idea of ayurveda recently but honestly my interest in this book is waning fast. I feel like I'm getting slapped around with tons of lifestyle restrictions and questionable resources and personal views that make me second guess wanting to finish this. :p

Done! I read the book YEARS ago but definitely needed a refresher so I decided to listen to the full cast audiobook (highly recommended.) Now I'm finally ready to start up the television series!
