Also, while interesting I had to wait to 75% done with the story to get to the twist? I’m equally annoyed and invested in seeing how it turns out. Now I have to know.

Red flags are just flying. So many red flags that it might as well be a banner at this point.

Really enjoying this one so far. The dual timeline is done very well.

Still not really sure how everything fits together yet, but I’m very into what is happening and figuring it all out.

This is so informative, and infuriating at the same time. Of course, I am reading this with the benefit of hindsight, but man, it's still heartbreaking and frustrating to have it laid out just how bad this epidemic got, and how many chances there were to start fighting it much earlier.

I'm glad I'm back at it because it's a seriously wild ride. Also, Daniel Kelly is back and I had to prevent myself from screaming 'KELLY' at the top of my lungs. Man, I've missed him, lol.

In the home stretch now. I might be able to finish it by later tonight or tomorrow.

2%, 2 chapters in and Greg Iles is firing shots. So many shots. His ability to cut through the B.S. and get right to the heart of the matter is a large part of why I love his books and writing so much.
