This is one looooooonnnggggg book.

Halfway through. At times, I feel like I am reading a marvelous epiphany. At others, I feel like I am being distracted by a much less interesting, less propulsive tale. I am left thinking about the good and I quickly forget the bad. This has been a riveting read.

Just finished chapters 30 and 31 and can’t believe how good they were.

Illustrated edition ---- in love.

Been reading this out loud to my wife. Took a big break about halfway through.

The first half is a bit frustrating because so much is withheld from us, but the characterization and worldbuilding is great.

Love seeing everything come together. These books are slow burns, but they feel like thrillers.

It’s honestly tough to read at times because Rowling is peeling into a world I avoid at all costs.

I am not sure how I feel about this one other than I really like the concept.

Why did I originally rate this 1 star? No idea. 70 pages in and I'm enjoying it.

This is a big step up from book 2.

As far as the Cosmere goes, Stormlight is still my favorite.
