I picked up this book on the recommendation of a friend. So far so good. I’m considering a digital decluttering as described in the book (though I prefer the term digital fast) to intentionally limit my time spent on social media.

I’m reading this for my Theology class. The subject is fascinating. Angels and demons are sensationalized in popular culture and in the world, but spiritual warfare is real and it is important to understand what we are up against, as well as the forces that fight on our behalf.

So far I’m disappointed. I wanted more information about Scientology and their manipulation but it has mostly been a lot of background information that doesn’t interest me.
