I am half way through the book and not much has happened. I really don't want to dnf because I wanna know what happens but nothing has happened beyond a few creepy noises.

The only likable character is the nanny. And she's had like 3 lines of dialog .

I'm in such a reading slump that I'm having a hard time getting through this even though I have been waiting for this book for such a long time and was super excited about it.

I really really dislike Seth. I know he's just a kid and kids make dumb decisions but holy chicken poop is this annoying AF.

The story itself is interesting but the narration is weird and it's kind of throwing me off.

I wish women would stop writing women who think they're plain Jane but as soon as the Uber handsome dude tells them they're beautiful then it they see it. Uuuuuggggggghhhhhhhh.
