The way she describes her calorie counting/constant body checking is deeply uncomfortable (and should be) but also I think is sooo very common and internally shamed that we don’t even admit as women how much we do it. I want to say “oh this is triggering” but I mean by that, I feel shame in how casually she describes this ED behavior (she also labels this behavior as an ED)
