My daughter and I are reading this book together. We give the first story involving the turtle 3 stars. She did like how I was able to use a fake accent and speak in voices. We give the second story involving the hitchhiker 4 stars. I couldn't pull off the british accent while reading that story.

The first story is good. We love cats!

The second story is even better. We enjoyed its ridiculousness. It amused us greatly.

The book used the R word which I hate so it loses points for that but Alaska mentions possibly teaching children with autism so I loved that.

On page 34 - It's too early to say much but so far I think I'd like Dr. Hyde's class. I also liked Pudge's first conversation with his parents and his convo with Alaska by the lake.

We loved it! We couldn't decide which chapter we liked best... They were all so funny.
