Omg this book is ancient! Or at least this entry about Netflix, which describes it not as a streaming service but as the DVD-by-mail service it started as. We didn’t have that in my country, but rest assured this white person would have been a big fan. (And was one of the first people on the waiting list when Netflix came to the Netherlands.)
