I have read the first book of this compendium and it was very good. 20's ish setting and a Hooray Henry main character is well written but if your sensitive to casual racism don't read this! I don't think I'll read any more of these because it grates a bit, too old fashioned

I am shelving this, I hadn't realised it was aimed at 9yr olds, that's a bit much even for me!

Very good start to the Tiffany story. 2nd time I've read this and I've had the same problem, trying to stop myself talking in a Scottish accent!! The females are such brilliant characters.

Setting the scene for the next two books so the 1st half of the book was a bit slow. Picked up rapidly after this though so I will be getting the next one

Wow, I read this years ago and enjoyed it but never finished the series so I’ve started again as I now have all of them. It’s much better than I remember so I may have to finish them all in one go!

Not good, put it down for something else and not managed to pick up again.

Very slow progress, got 1/2 way through the 1st one and gave up, think this was a Y/A targeted book, just not very good. Will try with next book later.

This has been the best of the three, tied up all the threads with a flourish. I’m a bit sad thats it for Cassandra, for a cyborg, she was very human!

Better than the 1st, fight sequences are the best I've ever read, I had to check in the mirror for bruises!!!!

Finished it. Wo Hooo !!!! what a ride, gripped from start to finish, a fitting conclusion to the series.

Got a Kindle for Xmas, got this on it, I am very impressed with the book and Kindle.
