I felt my mind wandering from the text during those parts where they just need to explain whats happening. I think I become distracted at parts like this because since it is kind of boring and doesn't have any action the noise level needs to stay down because otherwise I can't concentrate. I could regain my focus when the noise level went back back because I could really think bout my text then.

Description of an Event:In my book I can really just imagine the Scientist because all he does is lock himself in his lab trying to prove his theory. I can picture him as this old guy with grey hair and a lab coat. Almost as Albert Einstein.

One of my characters Kate succeeds in getting her grandfather to get away from his scientific work and go for a pick nick. She did this by just letting it all out and letting him know how she feels.

In my book The Water Castle one of the characters Will reminds me of people that I've meet who seem really suspicious, like their hiding something. This might help Shape my predictions in my book because since he seems suspicious I can easily predict the moves that he'll make.

My book just took a huge curved and did something that was unexpected. I really liked that it did this because it made it a lot more interesting.

I am really enjoying this book. I have a question for the author. Why did you have Will be so mean to Ephraim just because of there relatives pasts. I don't really like this because we shouldn't worry about the past we should worry about the present.

This book is really getting good. I can hardly put it down anymore because it's getting to the part were the main characters start to solve the mysteries.

My Book is starting to get really good. The kids are sing to find new thing and explore them.I really like Mysteries so since thing are staring to get exciting I am really enjoying it.

I am really enjoying my book so far because all three of the children are exploring the castle. It makes me want to keep reading because I find it interesting when they explore because there are all these old hidden rooms in there.

In my book Ephraim, the main character, Is having some troubles fitting in at school. I can connect to him because when I was younger I wasn't really that out-going. I would be the one kid who was one of the last people chosen for a group. So I can feel what Ephraim is going through because of how we never were the most popular people in our school.

I really like with book but the only thing that I don't like about it is that sometimes it is really good and sometimes it just gets really good about sometimes it gets really slow about boring. I am trying to just not think to much about the more boring parts. I really hope it gets better.

In my last update I said that it started off pretty slow. After reading more into it I found that the book got a lot better. I was a little confused With the names of the boys, because the names are a little hard. Over all so far the rising action is starting so it's getting a lot more interesting. I can't wait to read more!!

This Book "The Water Castle" is really good so far. Although in the first couple of pages it started of pretty slow, it is starting to get a lot better. Within the first chapter that I read I can defiantly tell that this is going to be a book with a lot of mysteries.
