I've always remembered the story of Adam Walsh. He was close to me in age when he was abducted. I've always wondered how it took them so long to find his killer. You'd be surprised to know that within two years of his murder, the killer confessed several times through the years, but through a botched and incomprehensible ignorance,the investigation led by a Detective Hoffman,took many long years to solve.
