The “twist” right before part 2 of this book was legitimately so goofy this book went from “slight camp” to “completely ridiculous” in my mind and it irritated me so badly I’m legitimately debating if I want to finish this or not

Almost halfway through the book and I really relate to Crane in the sense that I too would despise being pregnant also I need more lore behind the hive like it’s very intriguing.

I’m wondering if the hive is tryna turn this fetus into the Antichrist or something.

Don’t have a solid opinion yet but I’m gonna give it a chance

Kinda like it so far. The characters are just the right amount of annoying to make me not care if they live or die but not so annoying that they’re insufferable to read.

Begging authors to stop making their MCs children 😐

The Tyler Perry reference almost made me DNF this book like I hate that man BAD 😐

First 2 chapters have me pretty interested, the pop culture references give me the ick but that’s just in general and I guess it really can’t be avoided wit a concept so heavily inspired by one of the most recognizable horror franchises 😭

So far my favorite stories are Be Not Afraid and I Love Your Eyes. My least favorite tho is All My Best Friends Are Dead I just did not like it and the jumping back and forth in time was irritating and jarring.

The first story was about to piss me off until I got to the end I wasn’t gagged like that but I’m not disliking it so far
