The plan: cook 1-2 meals from The Family Meal/week.
1st Meal: Fried Eggs with Asparagus turned out beautifully! Would make a great breakfast!
Chicken Wings with Mushrooms: heat too high; will remake with lower heat, but otherwise turned out well.
Sangria: forgot the mint; guest thought was too citrusy. Will reserve mañana with mint.
So far, book gets 5 stars *****
