I know I should be reading non-fiction for Non-fiction November, but it was a hard year for me reading wise. I stumbled from one reading slump to another and for the last two month of the year I'm going to read books I'm excited about. So, Friday Night Lights gets pushed back into next year when I'm really excited to read and not reading it because of a sense of duty.

After 318 I finally get into the book.

Just as strange, heartbreaking and beautiful as I remember.

So far not a big fan. I'm really surprised she surived this trip, considering she didn't bother to read the book that explains how to use a compass until her fifth day on the trial, didn't really care about her nutrition or the weather conditions.
And don't get me started on the too heavy backpack and the total overestimation of her abilities.
Let's find out how exactly she surived this.

For tome-topple-read-a-thon 'The Romanovs' just weren't the right fit. So, I have a second try with the roman empire.
