Heads up, this one contains poetry and some alternate scenes, and I think it's really one where the ebook isn't delivering the same experience. Stopping at chapter 3, to pick back up when I get ahold of it in print. :)

This one has been a slow starter for me, when usually Moriarty pulls me in right away. There are so many perspectives, so getting into the groove of the story just took awhile. Finally fully hooked, though, and will likely race through to the end tonight!

I'm having such a hard time getting into this! I keep trying to read it before bed, and it loses me and I get tired. Trying to hang in there and hope that it hooks me soon, because I really enjoyed the first two books.

Re-reading on audio, before reading the second book!

This book got off to a slow start and I wasn't sure I wasn't going to stick with it, but a third of the way in, I'm totally hooked. And itchy. Killer ticks?! Yikes!

A bit of a slow start for me, but I'm completely in its grip now and can't wait to binge on the rest of it tonight. Unreliable narrator, plenty of twists, and I'm nowhere close to figuring things out yet. As a bonus, it has some really well-crafted language that made me stop to savor sentences.

Loving this so far! I'm listening on audio, and the narrators are fantastic. The stories manage to be laugh out loud funny while addressing poverty, stereotypes, and the immigrant experience. A book that has me longing to toss aside my duties and listen some more.

It's soooo good!! I was a little afraid to start reading, because I loved book 1 so much. Arden has more than met my hopes for the follow-up, though, and it's painful for me to put the book aside and go on with real life. I have a feeling I'll be pulling a late night to finish the story!
