started reading this this morning and I'm intrigued.

Interested to see how the two different times work out and how I like this new author.

This was actually a really good update to the series that got back to the nitty gritty of the In Death series.

just started this book this morning. like most j.d. Robb books, it's got a strong beginning, and unlike books of recent, Roarke isn't getting pulled into it right away. I love Roarke but sometimes I feel like the man who owns everything is drug into a lot of cases.

honestly, I'm not a huge fan if the writing. the plot is halfway decent once you get past 25% of the book, but that to could be found in other books.

Trying to keep an open mind but so far I see all blame being put in Britain and MI5. And as an American, I'm not naive enough to think the FBI, CIA, NSA, and the rest of the alphabet soups weren't just as infiltrated as the British. But as I said, only read the forward and first two chapters; we'll see what happens further in the book.
