Love Anne's books I have read most of them, this was the same a lovely read. the family fall on hard times and the girls have to find work before the family goes to the work house.....

i did like this book read it pretty fast. 4 stars, a nice easy read.

These books are very helpful. I have read a few so far. having wanted to research my family for years. started very late last year, I find these books very helpful. This is just an over view so far as I need to read the rest of the book. so full review later.

GOT THIS BOOK FROM THE LIBRARY & IT IS PACKED WITH INFORMATION AND HELP ITS OLD BUT VERY GOOD.

HAVE NO IDEA IF IT HAS BEEN UPDATED.

A GOOD GO TO GUIDE IF YOU DONT KNOW WHERE TO EVEN BEGIN TO RESEARCH YOUR FAMILY HISTORY. RAING MOFRE THEN 5 STARS WELL WORTH THE READ. VERY USEFUL AND HELPFUL BOOK.
