One more reason to cringe - the dance scene: "She gathered her skirts in her other hand, and as Eris led her into the waltz’s opening movements, her body went loose and taut in so many different places Cassian didn’t know where to look: she was bent and shaped and directed by the sound." Is she having a stroke? Did she injure her spine? Is this supposed to be cute? When is this torture of a book going to end?

WTF did I just read? Nesta scried and is sort of stuck in her own mind and this happens:
“Let go of the stones and bones, and then you and I can play,” Cassian
said, letting her sense his heat and need [...]. He let it all blaze in his eyes, let the scent of his arousal wrap around her. Everyone tensed as he leaned in, head dipping, and kissed her." Everyone tensed, I CRINGED. He let what do what around her?? NOPE.
