Oh God the reread train is continuing... reading The Lost Book of The White has brought back so much TMI nostalgia ( along with the dawning realisation I don't remember everything as clearly as I thought I did)....so Next up I'm seeing if I can stomach a full reread of the TMI books

I finished Burn in one night and was so greedy for more I immediately started this....Maybe that's why the disconnect in writing between this and the first book was so glaring.I can't even pinpoint what exactly is bothering me the most. I've read some of the reviews and it isn't the slices of life low action (I love that stuff and I'm not far enough in the book for that to be the issue).

This book is looking more and more like a dnf, I just can't bring myself to go through it.

We'll see where I stand in a month or two...Maybe I'll just try the second one which is the one that originally caught my interest.

I should just have read the second book but I saw it's a series and told myself I'll start it all , sounds interesting...
But being 18+% done (skipping some parts), I hate the hero (like even his POV just makes things worse.......mean, cruel jerk) and the heroine I want to strangle her (and let's not talk about how she thinks)

Amazing 😂,this book is perfect in every way, I liked their story and how it unfolded and that there wasn't really any of that angsty bullshit that makes the couple break up for no reason. And if for no other reason, just read for the scenes between Malkom and Ruby(a 7 yr old)......just melts my heart

Wow... this whole world just took a dark turn

Okay so like the last chapters are awesome but that is also a problem for me because the plot was shitty and it didn't even matter because it was wrapped up so quickly and everything was suddenly okay.But they were good if only the whole book had been like that .....
