I am currently reading the sample--so I barely started--and I am already irritated because the author apparently knows nothing about runners. Six minute mile pace is not a great time for a guy who supposedly wins 5k and other road races. I wish authors were more vague about details they are unfamiliar with--or learn more about what they are writing about. I hope it gets better....
