I have stopped reading this tale because I am jarred by the way M.D. Cooper seems to have difficulty in forming a cohesive storyline . . .I will come back to this in a week or so, once I build up my capacity for this new style of an otherwise clever, considerate Michael.

Well, it's now later . . .about halfway through the series, an alternate universe is apparently in effect . . .Circumstances of life are quietly reversed without notice, and the author's outlook is not abrupt but it tempted me to abandon the enterprise . . . at least for now . . .
