Esmeralda is starting My Favourite Half-Night Stand
When you have one too many physical books on your TBR, you set 12 books unwrapping calendar so that you can get 12 books as gifts. This is my January gift.

I’m only 20 pages in and already quite disappointed by the overwhelmingly negative tone. The word AI is used almost apocalyptically, without much scientific evidence to support it. The suggestion that even AI programmers “don’t really know how AI works” feels far too bold. While there are nuances and complexities in how large models behave, such a statement undermines the real understanding and research behind it.

I feel like these books are losing any substance of a proper story. It's the same things over and over again. There are a lot of sub-story dialogues, and that is just making me iffy against the story. Also, it seems like most characters are just so done with it all. The jokes are very repetative. And the sentence ... This is Jason... and it is all the excuse you need to understand this madness? Eh, I dont know...

Esmeralda is 30% done with Slow Productivity: The Lost Art of Accomplishment Without Burnout
Why use Jane Austin in this type of book. It's really hard to relate with an example that is from the 18th century. Even examples before covid make no sense. Everything about ones ability to juggle the responsibilities of work vs. the rest of the life is hard. Economic and social differences are too large to be taken seriously.

Stuck. I am so not into all the blackmailing thing + finding yourself within a reality TV show... Yes, dear, that's exactly what you should do, when you have been traumatised by all this as a child - jump into media that will tear you apart once again..
