Took a while to get into, but boy, did it become more intriguing!

Interesting story, just been slow to really get into into it. Extremely well written, Kleypas's language flows beautifully. It's great how the women don't mince their words, especially in print - the mother was not fluff and it's nice to have this examined in a HR. Wasnt expecting it. So - now, for me, it's getting better.

The fourth act conflict, though I knew it was coming, was so freaking Hallmark-contrived, it irritated me. But, the redemption, mainly Poppy coming to understand her life, is coming along well; it's made up for it.

Got a wee bit better and exciting. The bullet thing, she and Mark, she and her mum. Thankfully.

I just want to finish this book. They're all simply irritating me, but I'll see it through.

Okay - this interview!!! My biggest laugh out loud moment with a book in a v. long time!!! This is painfully hilarious!

This is becoming so oddly surreal to me. Shes setting up to meet Mr. Darcy from 1995 P&P and he's Mr. Darcy in the movie. Lol!
