This book is going to be amazing for me, but only if I don't force myself to read it when it's not actually what I want to be reading. So back to the "want to read" pile it goes.

The first 10 or so pages had me so excited to learn about birding in Denmark that I forgot what kind of book this was. And then they found the body. Oopsie. :)

Just started this book and already there are quotes such as:
"I am built for a tuberculosis sanatorium"
"She once told me her sexuality was 'Bernini sculptures' and didn't elaborate further."
Needless to say, I'm intrigued.

I just keep telling myself “I’ll stop after this chapter” and that has been a lie.

Do I, do I have a new favorite CG Drews book? Is that even possible after Hazelthorn? This is absolutely enchanting and devastating.
