Not sure how something feels cold and minimal but also full of life at the same time.

I have no idea why this book was not flogged to the nth degree. Totally underrated. In my opinion, should have garnered as much attention as say, Swamplandia! Not that I am comparing the two. I am only just now reading Karen Russell and it's the new story collection. Just would have been nice to see the same accolades go to this book.

Library just called and said they got in the new Oliver Jeffers. Had to attempt to contain my excitement to the demure library employee on the phone. Failed in a big way.
