Started reading some older kid/tween books with my son/because of my son. Thought this was a cute story. I really liked the house with chicken legs, so I was excited to read this.

I got so annoyed with this series that I read as a kid, so I refused to read the last book. My son started reading these, though, so I feel like it's time to get through it 😅

Omg the MC sister is annoying 🙄 and rude.

I feel.... poor reading this??? Over 6k for Christmas just seems crazy? I don't know but between the neighborhood collective Christmas decor and the cards and the money spent on random gifts that no one wants I feel like this isn't... based in reality? Maybe it's because my neighbors still have their pumpkins out or the dude across the street just took down his ghost but how hard Xmas is pushed seems excessive.

My ARC came today in the mail!!! Time to start this one 😍

Doing a no no and reading book #5 before the others lol found this in the used section and said screw it.

Omg I cannot stand the characters outside of the dream world. Why are all the adults like totally inept? The kids are fine and have better character building which is good since they are the main characters, but the other ones... damn. 2D and they act so dumb about their own sleep experiment. I dread every time Jamie's chapters come up (the college student observing the experiment for a class).
