Ran out of Spotify audiobook hours for the month so have to wait til February for the last 3 chapters :(

The first story was quite nauseating. Well so was the fifth one but I must get to the end

[…] When I had written a novel before, the one that had been lost in the bag stolen at the Gare de Lyon, I still had the lyric facility of boyhood that was as perishable and as deceptive as youth was. I knew it was probably a good thing that it was lost, but I knew too that I must write a novel. I would put it off though until I could not help doing it” 64

Listening to this post watching Dune 1 + 2 twice in the span of a week. The narration is amazing and I usually can’t stay engaged while listening to books. I love how much I’m understanding the story more as I’m listening to the book
