I read this years ago and loved it. I’m listening to the audiobook now. I forgot there were so many pedophiles (sp?) in this Who are hot for the MC as a child. Eww. That will make this difficult to recommend to other readers.

Omg, I’ve reread the ebook many times, just got the print book, and now the audiobook is out today and in my possession! Can’t wait to listen to this, even with the new narrator. :-D

Lol, there’s a reason I named my dog after the main character!

I’m not sure I like Jane Hawk much. I don’t feel close to her in anyway and she’s too perfect/clinical in her actions. Anyway, work requires me to read a few other things, so I am taking a little break from this book for a bit, but seeing as I got a free copy from the publisher and the fact that DK is a favorite author, I’ll come back to it soon.

This is fascinating, but a long read that’s taking forever to get through, so I’m setting it down for awhile.

Just finished the audiobook and enjoyed it a lot. This is my favorite of all the Redwall books and I'll likely reread and register to it again and again in the future.

Much as I love fantasy, I don't think this book's for me. I'm having so many issues with how it's written that I've started skimming parts and judging by other reviews, I might skip to the end where apparently something finally happens. I dunno. I really wanted to love this. The premise has my name written all over it. But the execution is falling flat.
