The book has an interesting format of questions and answer, which is good, but I felt like it lacks structure and cases reviewed are too narrow to be applicable for everyone.
In any case I got some good tips there like doing a dantist check up, about nutrition and some behavioral patterns. Overall good but can be compressed into a 100 pager.
