My husband and I started reading this together after learning more about Attachment Science from Adam Lane Smith on youtube. We watched a couple interviews of him on Lila Rose, and that sparked an intrest in his philosophy. We didnt go into this because we felt our marriage is in a bad place, but more to get an understanding of the philosophy. Its been really intresting so far!
