The 2nd book is definitely a bit confusing, for some reasons I won't say for spoiler reasons. I can't wait to it figure out because it will be a great epiphany moment. I listen to most of my books, but I may get it just so I can see how the dialog is laid out physically. Having some science & anatomical knowledge does help with this series as the dialog uses it a lot, specifically when it come to space/time & body
