I love Darius. I mean….I knew I would, but happy to have the official confirmation.

I'm trash for trash tv. I came upon a podcast reading this book aloud for a book club, for which I am grateful because it's apparently bad enough that my very large library system only has one physical copy and no digital/audiobook copies. And I refuse to buy it.

Completed Ainulindalë and Valaquenta.
Time to begin the Quenta Silmarillion.

I love me some Judd. Can't wait to reread this story.

Time to start digging through my TBR backlog of paperbacks! This is my first Lindsey book.

I love Tamsyn so much, such a pure and gentle soul. And I love the relationship that she and Sascha have. This interaction is one of my favorites and makes me smile every time.

Life has been crazy, and I’ve been wanting/needing to pick up a boon for months, so restarting my reading journey with my favorite series so that I can refresh myself for the last few books I need to read.

Sascha and Lucas will forever be one of my favorite couples. I love rereading the beginnings of their relationship and the Psy-C world.

I debated getting this book, but I truly believe these voices and stories need to be heard. And the only way for them to be heard is for us to listen. It is heartbreaking, for sure, but the stories of heroism and neighbor helping neighbor are beautiful and give hope.

After going to the Flight 93 Memorial this week, I had to check out this new book. I highly recommend anyone who ends up in PA to find a way to the memorial. And while I know this book will be heartbreaking, I hope it will be another beautiful testament to the strength and love of the American people.

Clearly the author has never been to Louisiana. LOL. Despite the French feeling a little forced at times (no comment on narrator’s pronunciations) and the Southern accents, authors automatically get brownie points any time a book is set in Louisiana, especially the southern part. :)

Finally jumping on this story bandwagon!

Steel Magnolias is not an accurate reference for southern accents, especially for an 18-year-old. That is all.

Nalini....you better not tease me with hints of a possible future book/novella pairing and then not follow through...

I wanted to reread the legacy books first, but I ran out of time and don’t want to wait, so here we go!!

First I was happy, now I’m anxious. I’m afraid to keep listening because the way it’s being set up, I’m not sure I’m gonna like the result of the upcoming battle....

Rereading so I can start up this series again.

I inherited dozens of books from a friend when she moved. Time to start going through them....

I really just don’t care about Vitoria. It’s the first read through, so I’ll listen to her scenes, but as always with BDB, it’s a lot of extra hours listening to stuff that bores me. I’m really struggling with this book, and it’s unfortunate. I was looking forward to Assail and Sola’s story. I still like their story line. I just wish it was a larger percentage of the book.

Well that was a plot twist I probably should have been expecting....

I didn’t have much of an opinion of Bo coming into this novel, but he’s definitely growing on me. Quite the charmer. :)
