Help! Chapter III now, and am scared lol

I haven’t read Saint, but I started this book with an open mind. But I’m sad that this is the plot of the book that Hoover released after YEARS of waiting for a new release. 😭

I hope it gets better. I’m so detached with the characters right now. I hate the name PETRA.

I’m so freaking annoyed with Bella. She’s so pathetic. Why is her character not written off yet? Aside from annoyance, she literally has no added value to the story. She’s so freaking annoying.

The second reason I hate most with couple break ups — miscommunication. You claim to love someone so much, yet you choose to leave them rather than talk???

Still frustrated and can’t truly enjoy the Christmas festivities because of the many things unknown. Like, I still don’t understand how Mel could put herself in such position… Yes, she gets annoyed with Finn (and it’s totally called for) but that’s it??? Maybe my self-preserving self just can’t deal with this in real life but whatever.

Also, I sense that mum is ill or something. Hhmm

This man better have a good reason for the break-up and he better grovel. I’m not sold with the reason to fake date again and I don’t like how he appeared in Mel’s life after breaking up with her. Ugh!

They are the realest enemies-to-lovers. Like I can’t even call them lovers at this point 😭🤣

I expected this book to be fucked-up. But the most fuck-up thing for me is ML being FL’s sister’s fiancé. I hate that part.

Only read this in 2019 but I’m glad that I don’t remember most of it and mostly it feels new to me!

Wow. It seems like I’m reading a darker shade of korean drama.
