So awful. It's been 2months of trying to get through this garbage. I give up.

42% and we're just starting the story. What a waste. I've been skimming since page 15. I was hoping that random freebies on Amazon would find me discovering some new and great reads. So far, not a one though.

I've been reading this for days, maybe even weeks at this point and I can't seem to make it through more than an ebook page or two at a time. It's boring and random and I want it to end!

And I'm ready to add it to the DNF section. It's just sex scene after sex scene and a sometimes unlikeable heroine.

It's not the slowest book I ever read and it is mostly entertaining, but I'm extremely disappointed that the H/h are not together all the time like another review lead me to believe. That's making this a very slow read for me.

I'm kind of bored.

I quit. If it's isn't about highlanders, regency rakes or shifters I guess I can't be bothered with it.

And for no reason at all the tears are flowing. Again.

Imma love this book so hard. ♡

After reading 50 Shades and 50 Darker (what a tedious disappointment) I'm so freakin' thrilled to get back to this so-so book.

This one is painful.

Another Maya Bank ménage. Man, she's really going drill this scenario into me. Terrible pun intended.

I have never been more devastated or cried this excessively at a book only a mere 41 pages in. I know it has to get better (get fixed) but it's unbearable right now.

I'm tolerating them and I think Alec is quite mean and Jamie is quite dumb.

I'm so unsure how to feel about this book so far. I can't quite figure anyone out to know if I like them or am tolerating them. Yikes.

Though I was slightly disappointed when I found out that this wouldn't be a story about characters I already met I'm over it and so very excited to be reading this. I LOVE the Shifters Unbound series and am expecting so very much.

So far, so MUCH better!

I don't think I've had a good highlander at all this year. At least it's been way too long since my last one. For shame.
