I enjoyed the first book in the series ,lookforward to the second.

A wonderful merging of technology and magic.

This is a book to be read, re-read, and studied again and again. I own several copies and keep one in my offices at work and at home.

A wonderful read, the real knowledge of a robotist applied to Science Fiction, and done VERY WELL.

Superb writing, this book will challenge the supremacy of Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics.

The author has a Ph.D. in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University and designs robots, so he knows what he is writing about and he turns his knowledge of robots into a wonderfully exciting and interesting story.

This is a science fiction story that is very character driven. With all the bells and whistles of wonderful exciting technology and the wonder of an amazing universe full of wonderful and scary things, the story is still about human fralities and strengths, and mostly the human heart.

An exciting beginning. I am unsure of where the book is going and tantalized to find out. A very good thing and much better than having the story figured out alread.

The story is basiclly a good one but there is too much of a formulae from the first in the series. I hope there is a third book but the author finds some new ways to use his wonderful characters in their pursuit of serial killers.

A great dramatization of what could happen when we encounter another intelligent species. The plot is full of wonderful human emotions that exist bening every story.
