Already liking this a lot. It's a surprise that she is playing with time travel and LSD-like effects as I think of her as an earlier writer from Rebecca and Jamaica Inn. However, this was written in 1969 and definitely shows that she had a long and varied career and was interested in what was going on around her. She still has captivating prose that sucks me right in! Excited to see how this turns out.
