tfw your work reading is fun reading!

have never read this before! am doing it via audible. really enjoying it so far!

have been meaning to read this for ages!

so far this is pretty good. it took me a bit to get into it but it’s becoming unputdownable

I can't believe i've never read this before (i've seen the film(s).) it's so good. so funny! my favorite line of it so far is one of the funniest i think i've ever read:

"he ... found himself as impotent as a male butterfly atop a female pterodactyl" - this is an analogy we should use more often!

Started slow but picked up - and quite enjoying this one

People said this was a hard read. So far it’s not. Sprawling yes, hard no. But really good!

I’ve heard this is a difficult read and it is a little hard to follow but so far I’m intrigued

Can’t go wrong with a bit of rotten innit. Loved the last autobiography so this’ll be good.

Good god this is scary stuff. Conspiracy theories and abject terror of disestablishment have way too much sway.

I’m not sure of my progress as it's on audible, but it’s pretty interesting stuff. If, like me, you enjoy thinking about cold war shenanigans.

I’m actually listening to this, not reading it, but it’s super fascinating! And bonkers.

My little brother told me to read this. It’s very good but a little close to home in parts...

Weirdly given all the hype around this when i was a kid, and that there was a copy sitting in the loo for years, i never got around to actually reading it. So far, enjoyable.

this is a great book so far. the best I've read in quite some time. very atmospheric, sympathetic but flawed characters & even though there isn't a plot in the conventional sense I want to keep going with it. it's just great.

strange book. i'm enjoying it but it feels like it goes on FOREVER. i keep thinking i've read loads and i'm only 2% further along. that said, it is good.

I'm loving this book. I'm not even a huge oz fan but it's so nicely written, with complex plots that intertwine. it's loosely based on oz, with sections about the making of the film, some about the later popularity of the film, with fictionalized versions of Frank Baum and "Dorothy" - it's great and I highly recommend it

not an easy read in terms of content but definitely a page turner. I'm surprised I've not read it before.

well this wasn't what I expected! I was sort of expecting average airport type fiction but in fact there's a lot of really disturbing and graphically written stuff here. I'm enjoying it significantly more than expected

Over half way thru and I still have no idea who did/didn't do what. If there's one thing flynn is good at it's keeping readers guessing
