Mariepazmd is 55% done with Twilight's End

It's a weird mixture of Chinua Achebe's "Things fall apart" and "Brave new world" mixed in with a Noah's ark theme. So far the world building predominates the book and the romance is a slow burn,... I can't wait to see what come out of the internal conflicts of the two protagonists.

I am having trouble with my attention to this book. It's so filled with episodic non-sequiturs by Charley that It's starting to become a chore understanding the plot. So far none of the characters are likable except the 3 dead lawyers.
