I just made the Skillet Pastitsio tonight and it was delicious! My family had seconds and said it is a keeper. It was easy to follow, with yummy aromas coming from the cooking. It starts on the stove and then the skillet goes into the oven. It cooks in the oven for an hour.Next time I may make part of it in advance before the pasta and béchamel sauce is added.
