Holy shit. Holy shit. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 This just went from ho-hum to what the fuck is happening and I did not see that coming.

It feels like I'll never finish this classic. I've started it four times in my lifetime! And finally, I passed by the part in the book where I always give up.

Some parts drag on and on! And Scarlett, I hate her selfish, spoiled personality so much!

But I'm almost half through now, and her character is growing?

And war... it's so awful.The story telling impresses me now. I can't put it down.

I'm not gonna lie. The story has stalled after a great start! I'm pushing through to the end and hoping for something exciting to happen. I do love the writing tho!

Her parents and childhood are hilarious. Her mom was a famous voice-over artist in the 50's-60's, for kids' characters, like Gumby and Casper the Friendly Ghost. And her Dad was the personal manager for Liberace. I'm actually impressed with her writing so far.

I should be done by now, but I haven't had enough time to read lately. The story is moving a little slow, but I love this author's writing style and humor! Love the characters, too.
