Hilo is killed at a meeting the mountain by the treachery of AYT mahdi. Niko becomes Pillar, Anden becomes the pillar men to Niko. Shea is still the weatherman it has a successor.

A plan has been concocted to end the clan wars

This story is very long but it covers the life of Hilo, Wen, Shea and their families. It is very reminiscent of Godfather parts 1-3.

Hilo and Wen son that is Jade non sensitive is murdered in a duel as a way to incite a war between the clans. It fails. Niko returns after a 3 year hiatus from the family.

Shotar will be yours completely. I’ll pull No Peak out of the country and leave it to the Mountain for as long as I am Pillar.” Hilo touched his clasped hands to his head in salute.

Anden is in Espena, found a new clan and has befriended the pillar’s family. They do not know his origin of being apart of No Peak.

Hilo is treacherous and requested for Lan’s ex wife and son, Eyni and Niko to return to Janloon and rejoin the Kaul family. When Eyni attempted to flee with Niko, Hilo killed her in her house and abducted Niko.

Anden is in a different place and not wearing jade, shea is in a sex relationship , she as weatherman has to maneuver the current subordinate from quitting.

Shea finds her uncle Doe-ru, the former weatherman (consiglieree) who escaped. She awaits to kill him from having mercy previously, he gives her information that she needs to bring the clans together alone. Instead of her killing him out of pity and respect , he uses a gun to kill himself.

Obstacles: prior relationship that yielded a child between maverick and Zaire.

Business relationship between maverick and Hendrix.

Finally the truth comes out. The nagging mom tells Janelle that she never needed her. Janelle in reverse didn’t want to bother her mother as she was preoccupied with her other daughter.

Also, the fiancée made a drunk pass at Janelle. Janelle blocks it and tells him NO, berates his future wife and says he chose the wrong sister.

Rome and Janelle are going to have freak-nick during the whole wedding festivities. The sex is wonderful for them.

The dialogue between the characters sound familiar to me , lol. A sister is going to her sisters wedding where the groom is a former boyfriend. Oh boy, we are in for a ride.

At least they are using the d*** word.

I’m a lil bit annoyed about the description of groomsmen and they are muscular 6’7 and 6’2 . Ever since a booktoker mentioned these unrealistic expectations of men in romance books, it is something that I pay attention to. I include the lovely Kennedy Ryan in on this. Ugghhhh so annoyed.

Minnie the sister is dead, Junie blames herself as she feels the devil got her because it was an exchange for Junie’s soul and body.

Sara didn’t come out and confess but she alluded that she knows 100% he didn’t kill the mistress, Kelly. Sara is diabolical.
